Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 9 September 2026
Business customers only
Geosed is offered exclusively to companies, agencies, self-employed professionals and others acting for business or professional purposes.
1. Provider and scope
Your contracting party and the provider of the Geosed platform is Avaroq alkan, Switzerland, UID CHE-183.558.613, email info@geosed.com (“Geosed”). These Terms apply to the website, free initial check, trial accounts, paid subscriptions and individually agreed agency services.
A customer's different terms apply only if Geosed expressly accepts them in text form. An individual offer prevails over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
2. Account and authority
Anyone opening an account for a business confirms that they are authorised to do so. Registration details must be accurate and current. Login credentials must be kept confidential. Activity under an account is attributed to the customer to the extent the customer is responsible for it. Suspected misuse must be reported promptly.
3. Free trial
- The trial lasts seven days and does not require a credit card.
- It does not convert automatically into a paid subscription.
- A paid contract begins only when the customer actively selects a plan and completes checkout or accepts an individual offer.
- Geosed may restrict paid features after the trial. Stored data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
4. Contract formation, plans and payment
Plan displays are invitations to place an order. For self-service plans, the customer submits the order through Stripe Checkout, where the plan, billing interval and total are displayed before completion. Electronic confirmation records the contract. The agency plan may be agreed through an individual offer.
Prices are stated in Swiss francs. Legally applicable taxes are added unless expressly included in the displayed price. Stripe processes payments and invoices. The customer authorises Stripe and Geosed to charge recurring amounts when due using the selected payment method.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
- Monthly subscriptions run for one month and renew for another month unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
- Annual subscriptions are paid in advance and renew for another year unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation is available through the customer portal or at info@geosed.com and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Started billing periods are generally not refunded pro rata. Mandatory legal rights and expressly granted goodwill remain unaffected.
6. Service scope and changes
The plan, quotas and any individual offer displayed at purchase determine the service. Geosed may develop or modify features while preserving the main contractual purpose. Material adverse changes will be announced in advance, and the customer may cancel at the end of the current period.
Geosed uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability. Maintenance, security measures, internet disruption and failure of external services may temporarily affect use. Continuous or error-free availability is not promised unless agreed individually.
7. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for its content, questions, domains, competitor information and lawful use of results. In particular, the customer must not:
- process unlawful, infringing or deceptive content;
- submit confidential or sensitive personal data without necessity, authority and suitable safeguards;
- circumvent security, overload the service, introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access;
- resell, copy or technically inspect the platform unless expressly agreed or permitted by mandatory law.
8. AI results and measurement limits
AI providers, models, search indexes and responses change continuously. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate or differ when repeated. Measurements show trends and snapshots and are not guaranteed search positions. Geosed does not promise a particular mention, citation, revenue, reach or ranking increase. Customers must review results before making business, legal or public decisions.
9. External services and API keys
Geosed integrates AI providers, Stripe and other technical providers. Their availability and terms may be outside Geosed's control. A customer using its own API key is responsible for charges imposed by that provider and for complying with its terms. API keys are encrypted at rest and may be deleted when an integration is disabled.
10. Rights in the platform, input and output
Geosed and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design, documentation and marks. Customers retain rights in their input and data and grant Geosed the rights needed to operate, support and perform the contract. Rights in AI output also depend on applicable law and the relevant AI provider's terms; exclusivity is not promised.
11. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party will keep the other party's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the contract. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. If a data processing agreement is required for a customer's use, it will be concluded separately.
12. Late payment and suspension
If payment fails or is overdue, Geosed may arrange further payment attempts and restrict access after reasonable notice. Geosed may also temporarily suspend an account for a security risk, legal violation or material breach of these Terms. Where possible, the customer will be informed first and given an opportunity to remedy the issue.
13. Warranty and liability
Geosed provides the service with commercially reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Geosed is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss, decisions based on unchecked AI results or disruption of external services. For ordinary negligence, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by the affected customer during the twelve months preceding the event. Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and any other liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
14. End of contract and data
Access to paid features ends when the contract ends. Customers should export required reports in time. Deletion, retention and legal exceptions are governed by the Privacy Policy. Outstanding payment claims and provisions intended to survive remain effective.
15. Changes to these Terms
Geosed may amend these Terms for the future where objective reasons such as new features, security requirements or legal changes require it. Material changes will be notified in advance. A customer that objects to a material adverse change may cancel when it takes effect.
16. Governing law and venue
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent legally permitted, the courts at the provider's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory venues remain unaffected.
