Partner terms
This page summarizes the currently applicable conditions of the Geosed partner program. It is an internal draft that makes the binding key points transparent before a legally reviewed partner agreement is published. Please do not treat this page as a final contract document.
Participation
Participation is free and follows a manual review of your application by Geosed. Instant approval is not guaranteed.
Commission
20% commission on actually paid subscription revenue for the first 12 months from your referred customer's first paid payment. The basis is the amount paid excluding VAT, after discounts and minus refunds. Free checks, trial signups, unpaid invoices and consulting services do not trigger a commission. For yearly plans, the commission arises once on the first yearly payment, not again on renewal. Upgrades and downgrades do not extend the commission period.
Attribution
Every approved partner receives a unique referral link. The attribution window is 90 days; the last valid click before signup counts, or alternatively a deliberately entered partner code. Existing customers cannot be retroactively attributed. Self-referral and double affiliate/reseller compensation for the same revenue are excluded.
Release and payout
A commission is released at the earliest 30 days after the underlying payment. Payouts happen monthly by bank transfer in Swiss francs, once at least CHF 50 of released balance is available; smaller balances roll over. Currently only manually confirmed bank transfers are planned — no automatic TWINT or EUR payout.
Termination and suspension
Geosed may suspend a partner account for violations of these terms. Commissions already legitimately earned remain unaffected, provided there is no abuse.
